At The COOP, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box, attach the new shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
