Design inspiration from the artist: Harvard Yard is the heart of campus life—a place where everyone passes through, from first-year students to graduating seniors. It represents movement, connection, and the diversity of people who make up the Class of 2026. The Yard is where we've met, grown, and ultimately say goodbye, making it both a beginning and an ending. With Widener Library overlooking it all, I wanted to portray the space that quietly witnesses our journey from convocation to commencement. This design captures the Yard as an unofficial home, full of energy, community, and shared experience.
